Exchanges & Returns

At Suelta we strive for 100% customer satisfaction and want to ensure you have a positive shopping experience. That is why we offer a clear and fair return and exchange policy.


1. Return Request & Processing

As soon as you send an email to info@suelta-amsterdam.com about your return, it will be processed. Due to busy times, it is not always possible to respond immediately, but we process all requests as quickly as possible. It is not necessary to email multiple times.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, please contact us. We will be happy to help you with a suitable solution.


2. Return conditions

  • You have the right to cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving any reason.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging, with all tags intact.
  • Returns must be sent within 14 days of notification . After this period we can no longer accept returns.
  • A correctly completed return form is mandatory for processing your return. For more information, see heading 8.

3. Defective or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective product or an incorrect item has been delivered, we offer a 100% guarantee .
  • You can opt for a free replacement.
  • Please contact us at info@suelta-amsterdam.com and send a photo of the defective product so that we can help you as quickly as possible.

4. Returns and Exchanges Policy for Sale Items

  • Sale items cannot be returned, but can be exchanged.
  • If you want to exchange a sale item (for example for a different size or color), that is possible. The costs are on us.
  • Since an exchange is not a return, we will not accept the returned product for a refund, but will send a new item. So you can keep the item.

5. Exchanging Products

  • Are you not satisfied with a product, such as a bracelet? Let us know and we will offer the opportunity to choose another product of the same value .
  • The exchange also applies to defective products or functional problems. We will immediately provide a suitable solution.
  • Please contact info@suelta-amsterdam.com with your desired exchange product and we will arrange shipping.

6. Special Promotions – 'Buy 2, Get 1 Free' / 'Buy 4, Get 2 Free'

  • Did you take advantage of this promotion, but want to return a few items? No problem!
  • You can exchange any item in your order for another product on our website of equal or lower retail value.
  • We will send the new item(s) to you free of charge.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • The costs for returning products are for the customer.
  • Suelta will not reimburse return shipping costs or any other costs incurred during the returns process.

8. Returns process

  1. Email us at info@suelta-amsterdam.com  with the subject "Return" and describe your reason for return or exchange.
  2. Wait for approval. Once we have approved your return, we will send you the necessary instructions.
  3. Please return the item in its original packaging and include the return form.
  4. Upon receipt, we will process your return and arrange a refund or exchange.
